Tie Dye How much do I need to dye the following?

I'm trying to find out how Tulip brand tie dye to buy for my sister's birthday. We are seeking to dye t shirts ten children and ten pillowcases. If I were to buy individual bottles, how many want to buy? What about computers? I have to ensure we have enough for each girl to make a shirt and a pillowcase. Any advice would be appreciated! It is Tulip brand for the best use we can find in the typical craft store (Michael's, AC Moore)? I know there but also Rit girls want bright colors and I heard that Rit is disappearing rapidly and bleed. Please tell me what you think!
